The TRIO works with three sanding discs that are suspended in a freely rotatable holder. The working area is completely covered by the machine housing.
The motor and control box are mounted vertically on the machine housing.
One of the plugs leads to the power supply, the other to the on/off switch, which can be mounted either on the control box or under the guide handle.
The chassis, which consists of the holder with wheels, a tube and an adjustable handle, is attached to the sanding unit with two Phillips screws and can be removed for transport.
A dust extractor is attached to the chassis and connected to the dust extraction system of the sanding unit via a flexible suction hose. The dust is separated by a coarse filter system and collected in the disposable dust bag. In the dust bag box, the dust bag is attached to the separator with a MultiClip.
The transparent dust bag box can be opened with two fasteners.
The air coming out of the separator passes through a fine dust filter behind the perforated cover before being blown out into the environment. A sensor checks the air pressure in the separator and a red warning light illuminates if the suction power is too low.
To restore the correct suction power, the cleaning slide must be used to clean the fine dust filter.
