Delivery

For parcel deliveries we use couriers, most of the parcels are shipped within 2 days.

Larger floor orders over 5m2 are shipped onto the pallet.
We are using the overnight delivery service.
As for most orders within the UK mainland we are using an external delivery company.
Where forklift is not available on delivery the tail lift and pallet truck is used,
goods are then live on the driveway or by the front door.
The Driver is not liable to unpack the pallet and the customer is responsible to bring the goods inside.

We can offer local deliveries in Bristol, Bath and surrounding areas within BS and BA postcode for £35 plus vat.

If we provide service in supply and fit then the floor is delivered for free and our delivery driver is liable to bring the wood inside of the customer house or commercial property, and unpack it when necessary.
